so as you can see, these conditions are REALLY bad. so we need to do something to help. NOW. don't hesitate. get involved. have a heart. give these children hope that tomorrow will be a better day. because we can make it a better day for them. everything matters. do something. even $1 will help. get invlolved.

right now i am watching idol gives back. it is so emotional. i never imagined the conditions these poor people live in. it is just not fair. they deserve just as good as us. it is too hard for anyone to bear. please help. log on to www.one.org or give money to 1877IDOLAID. you could save a life.

yesterday my dad did take me to garrett mountain. we had a good time. first, we went on a trail. thenwe went on the road to find another trail. when we found it we went runnig there. finally, my dad and i ran sprints on a small incline. we ran about 4 miles my dad siad. that is very good!
